  • Great Camp Sagamore is taking precautions that will address the health and safety of all of our guests during this pandemic. Camp is following guidelines from the CDC and NYS Health Department in response to COVID 19. If you have any questions or concerns regarding staying with us, please call (315) 354-5311.
  • With regards to COVID 19, Great Camp Sagamore has implemented protocols that will allow individuals or groups that are traveling together to reserve a room/rooms that have access to an assigned bathroom. Guests will not be sharing bathrooms with strangers. 
  • In keeping with our status as a wilderness retreat, there is no cell phone service at Great Camp Sagamore. WiFi is available in the Collins Building only and is accessible to all guests in the building's guest lounge.
  • Great Camp Sagamore is an 18-acre wilderness campus with gravel paths, dirt roads, and stairs leading into all buildings. There are no elevators. Great Camp Sagamore is not wheelchair accessible.
  • All accommodations are within historic buildings. There is no air conditioning. There are no mini-fridges, complimentary toiletries, hairdryers, or televisions in the bedrooms. We do provide a large guest refrigerator to store extra food or beverages.
  • Due to the unique nature of accommodations at Great Camp Sagamore, groups of 5 or more must call for reservations (315) 354-5311. And our reservation specialist will assist you with your reservation.

There is the opportunity to extend your stay at Great Camp Sagamore by adding an additional night or nights either before the start of the program or after the program ends. Please call our reservation specialist and they will assist you with your request.

  • Sleeps 8 guests. 4 bedrooms with assigned hallway bath. Room 1 & 2 have 2 twin beds, room 3 has a double bed, room 4 has a queen bed. Bathroom has a walk-in shower.

  • Sleeps 6 guests. 4 bedrooms with assigned hallway bath. Rooms 8 & 9 have 2 twin beds, rooms 10 & 11 have 1 twin bed. Hallway bathroom has a walk-in shower.

  • Sleeps 4 guests. 2 bedrooms with assigned hallway bath. Both rooms have 2 twin beds. Hallway bathroom has a walk-in shower.

  • Sleeps 6 guests. 2 bedrooms with assigned hallway bath. Room C has 1 double bed & 1 twin bed, Room D has 3 twin beds. Hallway bathroom has a tub with overhead shower.

  • Sleeps 4 guests. 2 bedrooms with en-suite bath. Room E has 2 twin beds, Room F has 1 double bed. Bathroom has a tub. (The bathroom is off from room F and guest in room E walk through room F to access the bathroom.)

Payment may be made in full or by 35% non-refundable deposit. Reservations are secured only once the 35% non-refundable deposit is received by Great Camp Sagamore.  The balance is due 3 days before the program start date. Cancellations received prior to the event/program start date will be charged the deposit fee of 35%; any additional amounts paid will be refunded in the form of payment. No-shows will be charged the full event/program fee.

If Great Camp Sagamore needs to cancel your reservation due to COVID-19 restrictions a refund/coupon will be issued for your charges.
